Our journey began when our founder, Elyssia, recognized a gap in the market for truly human-centered consulting. Too many organizations were treating HR as a checkbox exercise rather than a strategic advantage. We set out to change that.

With over 8 years of experience in human resources, leadership development, and organizational psychology, Elyssia founded ELYST Business Consulting with a clear mission: to help organizations unlock their full potential through strategic people management.
As a certified business trainer and consultant, Elyssia specializes in leadership coaching, business strategy, customer service excellence, and employee wellness. Her approach combines evidence-based practices with deep empathy and understanding of organizational dynamics.
